This is a promotional poster for an event, I used the combination of black and red as the background because the colours are complimentary and they are the colours recommeded by my focus group. I placed my logo and faded a DJ image into the background.

This is my T-shirt design, I used my company logo and put it on a white background and added more soundwaves. This would look really good on a white T-shirt, it would be promotional since it's an

aesthetically pleasing design which would make it easy to remember and may cause bran recognition.

This is the back of my CD cover, I again use lens flares to emulate spotlights for the music on the album, I used a brush for the text and edited it using blending options, I added my company logo, barcode and a brief Copyright statement. This compliments the front and works really well with my audience, as I got advice from some peers.

This is the finished CD Cover that I have been working on, I used contemporary colours and noise on the background to give it a light reflection effect since I used lens flares.

Also I used a brush effect to create the text and then edited it using 'blending options', I also added my compnay logo and also so the Parental Advisory logo.

Overall I think it works well with it's target audience

Presentation

I did a poresentatio based on my company which was called Hit-Track records, I belive I presented it well ut could have done better when using subject terminology. I went first and I believe I would have one better if someone from my focus group went before me.

Next time I would like to have more resources i.e. examples to make the presentation longer and mor informative. Also I would like to become more organised and show more confidence.

Printing Tehcniques production

For this part, I was put into a group in which the inforgraphic was made. We was then sent around 3 stations with different printing techniques to try out i.e. Assotate stencils, T-Shirt design and Lithogaphy.

I used the research techniques that I had acquired in the last task, to find out different types of printing and write up about each technique.

I then started on designing my own Inforgraphic based on the research that I have acquired, using Photoshop I completed my Inforgraphic.

For this task we was put into a groups by the tutor, we researched inforgraphics to find out what they are and what they are used for. In our groups we created mindmaps on our research of production and its subsidary parts, this was given to our group by our tutor.

After making the mindmap, we was asked to design our own inforgraphics by using the mindmap as a guide, we got images to support each paragraph explaining specific part of production i.e. an image of money to represent finance.

we then in our groups, started on the design of an infographic with the information from the mindmap, we used Adobe Photoshop and each took turns to input ideas and design the infographic.

From this I learnt more about inforgraphics and how to create one, when it comes to designing an induvidual one for my assignment.

Secondary and Primary research.

In the latest topic, I learnt about primary and secondary research aswell as quanatative and qualitative research. We went around the college building with a quiz that had questions in which we had to use different research methods to find the awesners.

We then wrote a report on the definitions of primary, secodnary, quantitative and qualitative aswell as the purposes and where they would be used with clear examples.

Intial Proposal

I understand that I will need to study units 18,3 and 4. I will be carrying out different tasks to show my understanding of the unit's.

Unit 18 I will learn to understand print based media production and develop my own ideas to create my won company and sutable packaging, therefore designing the packaging for print on Adobe Photoshop.
And then reflect upon my own work.

Unit 3 I will learn to understand different types of research techniques in the creative media industry i.e. questionnaire's and how to apply them to my project, therefore being able to present my results i.e. in a Bar chart, pie chart etc.

Unit 4 In unit 4 I will learn to develop and research an idea for a media product. I will write a detailed proposal for my media product and manage the production process of crating my media product.
